OUR PROCESS

Please give us a call at 773.234.1885 or use our Contact Form. We’ll respond with our availability and a custom price quote. If preferred, we can also meet in person.
To reserve an EM ensemble for your date, sign & return our contract (delivered electronically or post) with a non-refundable 50% deposit. We accept personal checks or online payment via PayPal or major credit card for your convenience.
Once your contact & deposit are received, you’ll have access to our client website which contains our convenient online planners, planning resources, PayPal portal and over 40 sound clips to help in selecting your music.
During your music planning process, you’re welcome to unlimited consultations via phone, email or in-person.
Your remaining deposit is due two weeks prior to the event.
2-3 days before your event, you will be contacted to finalize event details
On the day of your event, we’ll arrive 30-45 minutes before our scheduled performance time (looking polished) to set up, warm up and go over any last minute details with your event coordinator and/or officiant.

Wedding ceremony package prices start at $250. Please contact us for a custom quote.

We offer reduced rates or free services for non-profit organizations. We have provided musical services for many non-profits, including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Treehouse Humane Society, Red Door Animal Shelter, Lookingglass Theatre, Animal Care League, Family Defense Center, Poetry Foundation, Touched By An Animal and Wish Upon a Wedding.
