The Best Is Yet To Be

The W Hotel was the perfect setting for Julie and Ishin’s elegantly modern ceremony this past weekend (just loved those branches dripping with crystals!) They choose mostly contemporary selections, including a first for us – Yurima’s River Flows in You. Originally scored for piano, it sounded just as lovely performed by string trio.

PRELUDE

Allegro from Brandenburg Concerto No. 5 (Bach)

You’re Beautiful (Blunt)

The Four Seasons: Winter’s Largo (Vivaldi)

From This Moment (Twain)

BRIDAL PARTY PROCESSIONAL

River Flows in You  (Yiruma)

BRIDAL PROCESSIONAL

Canon in D (Pachelbel)

INTERLUDE

Falling Slowly (Hansard & Irglova)

RECESSIONAL

Love Story  (Swift)

POSTLUDE

Over the Rainbow (Arlen)

What a Wonderful World (Weiss/Theile)

(Just have to sneak in this Robert Browning quote from their program: Grow old with me, the best is yet to be)

Congratulations and best wishes to newlyweds Julie and Ishin!
